About the Program:

Training is still "on trial," charged with incurring expenses in excess of the value it provides to the organization. Training must reinvent itself and transcend the classroom.

About the Presenter:

Wendy Kirkpatrick is the owner of Kirkpatrick Partners, the One and Only Kirkpatrick company. Kirkpatrick Partners is the home of Donald L. Kirkpatrick and the Kirkpatrick Model of evaluating training effectiveness.

Wendy is a training consultant who draws on strong business background to create, implement, and measure effective training programs.

Wendy’s two decades of experience include retailing, marketing, and training. This mix makes her able to create business results for her clients.

Wendy and her husband, Jim, have written three books: Kirkpatrick Then and Now: A Strong Foundation For the Future (October 2009), Training On Trial (February 2010) and The Brunei Window Washer: Bringing Business Partnership to Life (April 2012).

Wendy is a national and local American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) member. She served on the ASTD 2009 and 2010 International Conference and Expo Program Advisory Committees.
