About the Presenter:
This discussion will be led by Lisa Gardi from Shelter Insurance.  Lisa earned the CPLP designation in 2011.  She has been a Training and Development Specialist at Shelter Insurance Companies in Columbia, MO for the past eight years.

Prior to joining Shelter, she worked as a training and executive assessment consultant, working with multinational companies throughout the US, Europe and Japan.
